Please list overleaf any equipment requirements, starting sizes and they will be made available for hire. Items must be reserved in advance of your arrival.

Mountaineering /Skiing Fitness

As part of duty of care to our clients we ask if you are PHYSICALLY FIT or do you have any MEDICAL CONDITIONS that may be relevant to the activities involved? if you have any medical conditions relevant to the participation in the activities, please state above and we ask you to send a doctors certificate to validate your medical fitness.

If you are unsure about your fitness we can advise on training programmes.

 

Terms and Conditions of Booking

 

*  1.) Booking are only confirmed when your deposit is received.
   
*    2.) Deposits will be refunded less a £25 booking charge if the booking is cancelled more than eight weeks prior to the commencement date.
   
*    3.) The balance of the fee is due for payment 28 days before the start, and if fees are not received by then we retain the right to cancel the reservation and retain deposits.
   
*    4.) In event of late cancellation, up to 2 weeks before the start, 50% of the activity fee will be refunded thereafter no refunds can be made.  Cancellation insurance cover is recommended to all clients.
   
*    5.) Whilst we ensure the highest possible standards of care and safety, all our clients must be aware that participation in mountaineering and snow sport involves an acceptance of objective risk and of responsibility for one's own actions. This is the essence of adventure pursuits like mountaineering and snow sports.
   
*    6.) Itineraries may have to be adjusted at short notice due to snow or weather conditions.
